Optical Filters

Only filters with high transmission characteristics ensure best sensitivity.

BRET and other colour luminescence applications are only possible with an extremely efficient optical system together with appropriate filters as used in the Mithras or TriStar readers. Especially when little emission light is present as in fluorescence polarization and time-resolved fluorescence measurements the readings can be performed with higher sensitivity and better reproducibility using appropriate filters.

Adapters for Microplate Readers

Many laboratory applications require measurement not only of microplates but also of Petri dishes, Terasaki plates or filter membranes.

Appropiate adapters will enable you to measure them easily in our microplate readers Mithras, TriStar or Twinkle.

The flow cells are a substantial part of the heart of the HPLC radio detector as they are responsible for converting the isotopic radiation into visible light which can be detected by the photomultiplier tubes.

As applications cover a wide range of isotopes, activities, labelled compounds and flow rates an equally broad selection of flow cells matching those parameters is necessary.
